Return & Exchange Policy

KAVAL is extending its return window for all purchases before the holidays in 2023. KAVAL will accept unused, unwashed (or dry-cleaned) and undamaged merchandise (in original packaging) for a full refund or exchange - as long as items are postmarked for return by January 5th.  Items returned outside this window may be eligible for a store credit, if returned in good condition. (Please note the normal return window is 20 days from the date a package is delivered)

All items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging, including branded boxes, garment bags and dust bags. When trying on footwear, please ensure soles do not get damaged.

KAVAL reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.   Please note that if an item is deemed damaged and ineligible for a refund, it can be returned to a US-based customer for a fee of $5.

Please note: Compressed air canisters are considered flammable and so by law, must travel by Ground Shipping (not Next Day Air).

For the same reason, KAVAL cannot ship canisters outside of the Continental United States and Canada.
